To request a product exchange or return, please send the following information:
- order number
- Define the process “replacement/refund”.
- Replacement goods “in case of replacement.”
Please note that:
- If the exchange or return is approved, the bill of lading is sent to the customer and the customer delivers the order to the nearest branch of the shipping company.
The request must be delivered to the shipping company branch within two days as a maximum from the date of issuance of the policy in order to avoid canceling the return or exchange request.
– Free products sent with the order cannot be exchanged or returned
- You will be informed of the method of re-ordering and your service directly once you receive your order and ensure the safety of the products and accessories.
– The implementation will take place within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the order, or 10 days if the order is outside Riyadh.

The amount will be returned within 10 working days from the date we receive the order from the shipping company.
Terms of exchange and return:
- Request for exchange or return must be made within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product.
- The product must be in its original condition with all labels intact.
- The brand box must be attached to the product and must be intact and undamaged.
- The customer will be charged an additional 50 riyals for shipping in the exchange or return process, and this amount will be deducted from the value refunded to the customer in the event of a return.
